Tickets available for Rangers stop Tuesday in Round Rock


Tickets are still available for the Texas Rangers’ winter caravan stop in Round Rock on Tuesday.

Manager Jeff Banister, outfielder Delino DeShields, relief pitcher Tony Barnette and broadcaster Dave Raymond will make a presentation during a luncheon at the Round Rock Sports Center, 2400 Chisholm Trail, from noon-2 p.m. There will be an autograph session for all ticketed attendees.

Tickets are $50, which includes lunch, available online at RoundRockExpress.com or by calling (512) 255-2255. Tickets also will be available at the door Tuesday, starting at 11:15 a.m.

Rangers pitchers and catchers report to spring training in Surprise, Ariz., on Feb. 14. Opening Day is Thursday, March 29, in Arlington against the World Series champion Houston Astros.

The Round Rock Express open at home April 5, against the Memphis Redbirds.
