His new book is about a missing president, but Bill Clinton was pretty easy to spot in Austin Monday, according to social media reports.
The 43rd president of the United States stopped in at Güero’s Taco Bar on South Congress and posed for pictures.
Just saw former president Bill Clinton walking down the street in Downtown Austin. Today is a good day.— Ryland Kaiser (@therylandkaiser) June 11, 2018
No word yet on if Clinton ordered the dish that was named for him, the El Presidente.
Clinton was in town for an event at Bass Concert Hall Sunday where he promoted his new thriller (yes, you read that right) “The President Is Missing,” co-written with James Patterson.
Did you spot Clinton in any Austin spots while he was in town? Let us know in the comments.
