TRAFFIC ALERT: Crash on lower deck of southbound I-35 causes major delays


A crash on the lower deck of southound I-35 caused major delays after crews closed the road around 4 p.m. then reopened it around 4:45 p.m.

The crash happened just north of the 32nd Street exit. Information about injuries was not immediately available.
