Mileek Davis, 20, of Georgetown is accused of sexual assault of 16-year-old girl, affidavit says.

Mother found photos and videos of Davis having sex with her daughter, police say.

A 20-year-old Georgetown man is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl after her mother found photos and videos on the daughter’s phone and computer of them having sex, an affidavit said.

Mileek Armoud Davis was charged with sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Georgetown police were notified Nov. 28 by the victim’s mother, the affidavit said. It said she told police she didn’t know the man but was told his name was “Noah.”

The mother said her daughter didn’t know that she was calling police and that she was afraid if she told her the daughter would tell Noah, the document said.

The mother said Noah had been trying to speak to her by cell phone so police asked her to record a phone call with him, it said.

It said the mother then recorded several conversations with him during which she found out the man’s name was Davis. The mother said Davis admitted during the conversations to having sex with her daughter and “insinuated that he would not stop his relationship with the victim,” the affidavit said.

Police later watched a video the victim’s mother sent them of Davis having sex with the 16-year-old in the girl’s bedroom, the affidavit said.

Police also discovered Davis did not have a permanent residence and considered him to be a flight risk if he found out he was being investigated, according to the affidavit. It does not say how police found him.

Davis was being held Friday in the Williamson County Jail with bail set at $150,000.
