JUST IN: Man critically injured in North Austin stabbing, officials say


A stabbing early Thursday in North Austin left one man critically injured, authorities said. 

Austin-Travis County EMS medics rushed the victim, described as a man in his 30s, to Dell Seton Medical Center downtown. No additional information was available about his condition.

Austin police found the man as they responded to a report of a fight shortly after 5 a.m. on the 8900 block of Little Walnut Parkway, near the intersection of Lamar Boulevard and Payton Gin Road.
