Report: Texas In-N-Out locations back open

The buns were bad, so the burgers stopped coming. After closing all Texas locations Monday and Tuesday, In-N-Out stores are back open Wednesday, according to CBS Austin.

The fast food chain initially planned to reopen on Tuesday. The company said that the reason for the closure was not food safety or health concerns, but rather a quality control matter with the stores’ supply of hamburger buns.

Whatever the reason, burger lovers on social media sure had fun with the news. The word “Whataburger” came up a lot.

The best way to grill a burger keeps it off the grate

Growing up in Philly and Michigan, I thought a hamburger was big and fat, the type my mom made, the kind (amped up in size and quality) made famous at the 21 Club in New York. My wife thought a hamburger was thin and crusty, the sort she ate at the Diamond Inn, a homey cafe in the small Central Texas...
