Dispatch at Stubb’s outdoor. Not many jam-bands this century have been more successful than Dispatch, a trio that began in Vermont in the 1990s. After disappearing for most of the previous decade (save for the occasional reunion show), they’ve returned with a vengeance in the 2010s, issuing a slew of albums and EPs including this fall’s upcoming “America, Location 13” on the heels of a summer-long biweekly release of tracks from it. Nahko and Medicine for the People open. $46-51. Doors at 6 p.m. Saturday and 5:30 p.m. Sunday. 801 Red River St. stubbsaustin.com. — Peter Blackstock

Vista Brewing’s Rosanna Single Varietal Barrel Release. The Hill Country brewery is showcasing its new wine barrel-aged Brett beers — beers that have been fermented and aged on a strain of Brettanomyces known as Lambicus. While the base beer of each one is the same, their differences come from that barrel-aging process. There will be a limited number of bottles of each. 11 a.m. Saturday. Free. 13551 FM 150, Driftwood. vistabrewingtx.com.
