A report from Bleacher Report’s Alec Nathan says that Philadelphia 76ers guard Markelle Fultz, the former Washington Huskies star, may not return for the 2017-18 season.

From B/R:

“There’s always a chance that he’s going to be out there soon, and there’s a chance that he’s not going to play this year,” Philadelphia 76ers general manager Bryan Colangelotold reporters Friday. “I can’t answer that question because we don’t know the answer to that.”

Fultz has only appeared in 4 games for the 76ers. Since then, he’s been dealing with a shoulder injury that requires Fultz to “retrain” his jump shot.

The rookie is essentially limited to close-range shots.

“It’s within the paint, basically,” Colangelo said. “Paint shots. Perimeter shots are where you kind of draw a line.”

In a season the SEC is as good as it has been in 10-plus years, Anderson has the Razorbacks at 20 wins and all but assured of an NCAA Tournament. The selectin committee is going to have a difficult time keeping Arkansas out of the Dance with...
