Lady Gaga joins volunteers to demo home flooded by Hurricane Harvey before Houston concert


Lady Gaga took some time before her concert in the Bayou City to help a Houstonian in need. 

On Sunday, the singer posted photos of herself in a hazmat suit on her social media accounts. Her Born This Way Foundation teamed up with Team Rubicon to tear out water-damaged walls in the home of a woman named Pamela.

Gaga encouraged her followers to donate to Team Rubicon, a nonprofit powered by military veteran and first responder volunteers for disaster relief.

Three months after Hurricane Harvey destroyed and flooded portions of the Texas Gulf Coast, some residents are still in need of help repairing their homes.

Gaga is currently on tour promoting her album “Joanne.” Austinites can watch her perform at the Frank Erwin Center Tuesday.
