Kareem Streete-Thompson, an 11-time All-American at Rice, is one of three assistant coaches being added to the revamped men’s and women’s track and field team at Texas, the Longhorns announced Tuesday.
New head coach Mario Sategna revealed the hiring of Streete-Thompson, who will coach horizontal jumps and assist new associate head coach Tonja Buford-Bailey with the sprints, as well as Ty Sevin (field events) and Brad Herbster (distance/cross country).
