Will Power held off new IndyCar championship leader Scott Dixon to win the second race of the Grand Prix of Houston on Sunday. The race ended when Dario Franchitti’s car went airborne into the fence on the final lap.
Dixon took over the IndyCar points lead 11 laps into the race when Helio Castroneves’ car stopped on the course because of a broken gearbox, his second mechanical failure in two days in Houston.
