On Thursday afternoon, Austin Huff worked with his hands. But in order to win games this fall, Burnet’s football team will rely on the senior’s left foot.
Huff, an All-Central Texas punter who also handles place-kicking and kickoff duties for the Bulldogs, was in Leander on Thursday for the first day of the annual State 7-on-7 Tournament. And with Huff on the field as a wide receiver, the Bulldogs went 3-0 in the pool play portion of the Division II tournament.
