Manziel’s offseason continued to generate negative attention Sunday, the day the Aggies reported for preseason training. ESPN reported that the NCAA is investigating allegations that Manziel received a five-figure payment from a Florida sports memorabilia dealer in exchange for signing hundreds of autographs.
