D.J. Monroe, whose speed made him a dangerous if sporadically used weapon for the Longhorns, has signed a free-agent contract with Tampa Bay, the Buccaneers announced Monday.
Monroe, who scored eight touchdowns in his career — five rushing, three kickoff returns — is the second undrafted Longhorn to sign as a free agent; defensive tackle Brandon Moore signed Sunday with San Diego.
