The federal government officially filed its case against Lance Armstrong on Tuesday, stating that the former cyclist and the owners of his team enriched themselves by defrauding the U.S. Postal Service.
In February, the U.S. Justice Department announced its intentions to join a whistle-blower suit filed by Floyd Landis in 2010. They had until Tuesday to reveal the suit.
