President Barack Obama comes to Austin on Thursday to promote two endeavors — an innovative technology high school and an advanced manufacturing hub — that he would like to see replicated, with some federal help, across the country.
It is the first of what the White House is branding as “middle class jobs and opportunity tours,” to be held across the country.
