House Higher Education Chairman Dan Branch and Senate counterpart Kel Seliger have filed measures that would authorize projects at a few dozen academic and health campuses. And Austin Sen. Kirk Watson has introduced a separate proposal for $95 million in bonds for an engineering center at the University of Texas.
