There are few reasons we can think of to justify abortion at or over 20 weeks of pregnancy. But then again, we aren’t doctors.
And that is a huge problem with House Bill 2, which as written, puts state government in charge of decisions that should be made by women and their physicians. Despite strong opposition from physician groups, the bill is well on its way to becoming law.
