The Pflugerville City Council late Tuesday evening unanimously approved spending $300,000 to pay for construction of a water line to duplicate water service to 163 homes in the Royal Pointe subdivision.
Homes there already get water from Coupland-based Manville Water, but city officials have said Manville’s service has been plagued by interruptions, pressure issues and boil-water notices for the past three years.
