Ahead of the 50th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy in Dallas, the Alkek Library at Texas State University in San Marcos and the San Marcos Conference Center are offering events to showcase the work of photographer Jacques Lowe and Frank Harvey, a leading collector of Kennedy memorabilia.
Lowe, the official photgrapher for Kennedy’s presidential campaign and then the first family’s personal photographer, did more than any single person to galvanize the Camelot public image of JFK.
