Seven months after he was first accused of stealing thousands of dollars from charity, the former director of the Christmas Bureau was indicted Thursday on charges that he stole between $20,000 and $100,000 from the nonprofit.
The indictment states that Shon Washington stole from the organization for more than a year, starting in February 2011 and ending in March 2012. He is also accused of presenting a false pay stub to a creditor in October 2012 to get a loan.
