A city commission has delayed a vote to suspend fines for a popular South Austin community center and instead asked its owners to come back with a more proactive plan to fix its code violations.
Casa de Luz is run by a nonprofit that serves up a whole foods, plant-based menu and is also home to a private, separately operated elementary school and an educational center with yoga and meditation classes.
