Ramey Ko, a lawyer, has said he intends to run in the 2014 Democratic primary for the seat recently vacated by Rep. Mark Strama. Ko is not running in the special election to serve out the remainder of Strama’s term, but he did attend a recent meeting featuring candidates in that race.
