A little-known attorney who largely practices labor law, Kerry O’Brien says it is his moral obligation to make sure that jailed Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg is forced out of office because of her drunken driving arrest.
First, the 38-year-old O’Brien tried to oust her himself with a lawsuit that invoked a rarely used law calling for the removal of a district attorney for intoxication “on or off duty.”
