Texas literary legend John Graves, author of “Goodbye to a River,” has died at his home, Hard Scrabble, near Glen Rose, at the age of 92.
W.K. “Kip” Stratton, president of the Texas Institute of Letters, sent an email to members Wednesday morning, announcing Graves’ death after a long illness.
