Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg survived one of several attempts to oust her from office Friday when a grand jury declined to indict her for her conduct following a drunken driving arrest in April.
The 12-member panel was convened to consider whether Lehmberg violated any state laws as a result of how she acted that night.
