Northbound traffic at North Lamar Blvd. backed up due to road work


Northbound traffic is backed up at North Lamar Boulevard near 45th Street while

A backhoe is digging a trench on the right lane of northbound Lamar. All traffic is being diverted onto Sunshine Drive. 

Austin police did not have any information on the construction. City officials could not be immediately reached to comment.
