Almost 16 years ago, I went to a movie called “The Tango Lesson.” I immediately began studying Argentine tango and have danced at least two or three times a week since. I also swim three times a week. Additionally I practice Tai Chi regularly and walk my dog Angel daily. Tai Chi and tango help me with focus and balance. Freestyle swimming is aerobic and affords exercise for many different muscles. All of these activities help me feel better physically and emotionally, feed my spirit and enrich the overall quality of my life.
