A throng of grass-stained, slightly sweaty kids is swirling happily around Zach Dell on a lush green football field just up the hill from Lake Austin.
“I know you’ve got to hold back the tears, but today is the last day of Camp SPARK,” Dell, the 16-year-old son of Michael Dell, the founder of Dell Inc., tells the 30 or so boys.

If you go: Camp SPARK operates for two weeks in early June for boys and for one week starting July 8 for girls, ages 6 to 12. Registration is currently open for the girls camp.
