Nova Scotia rock band the Tom Fun Orchestra recorded their first album in Connecticut. That was more than five years ago. Since then they’ve toured across Canada and the U.K., and recorded a second album, but this year’s South by Southwest will be their first U.S. performance.
“This is the first interview from Texas I’ve ever had,” lead singer and songwriter Ian MacDougall said a couple weeks ago from his hometown of Cape Breton, a small island on the Eastern end of Nova Scotia.
