Moving: El Chile is moving to 1816 S. First St., the former longtime home of La Reyna. After a restaurant project called Sofi’s stalled, the El Chile team, including chef Jeff Martinez, jumped on the chance to move to a building that will double the seating capacity of the restaurant that first opened on Manor Road in 2003, says owner Carlos Rivero. The restaurant group, which also runs El Chilito and Flat Top Burger Shop on Manor Road, is considering a number of concepts for the former El Chile location, including a Peruvian Cafe, Rivero says, and they hope to open the new location by the end of the month. elchilecafe.com
