An East Austin sports bar and cafe rebuilt in 2012 after burning down seven years earlier has been posted for foreclosure, according to documents obtained by the American-Statesman.
However, Selena Cash, one of the co-owners of Midtown Live, told the American-Statesman on Wednesday that the foreclosure posting stemmed from a disagreement with the lender, Pride of Austin Capital Partners, and that a resolution is pending.
