Plans for the first In-N-Out Burger in Central Texas remain on track, with the restaurant scheduled to open by the end of the year, company officials say.
The proposed site of the restaurant, which has an avid following among some burger fans, is in Round Rock at the University Commons shopping center, walking distance from the Round Rock Premium Outlets shopping mall. The restaurant will be approximately 3,700 square feet and was approved by the Round Rock City Council last fall.
