The Dell Inc. buyout drama took another turn Thursday, when activist investor Carl Icahn filed a lawsuit in Delaware to try to counter some decisions of the special committee of the Dell board of directors.
Icahn is suing both the company and the members of its board of directors, attempting to prevent the company from making changes to its buyout process.
