Austin’s Circuit of the Americas will soon be home to several eco-friendly projects that one day might be capable of doing everything from conserving fuel to harnessing solar and wind power.
Officials announced Tuesday that Circuit of the Americas will team with the newly formed Pike Powers Laboratory and Center for Commercialization, offering up its 1,500-acre site for research and development efforts. The initial agreement will run for two years, with an option to extend the venture.
