An Austin restaurant featured on countless TV shows and in dozens of magazine spreads is gearing up for a legal battle to protect its distinctive name.
Barley Swine, a farm-to-table restaurant at 2024 S. Lamar Blvd., has filed suit against Miami’s Barley & Swine in U.S. District Court, claiming the similarly named Florida eatery is infringing on its trademark.
