Developed by Transwestern, the project will have 378 units flanking the Broken Spoke on South Lamar Boulevard. Rents will range from $1,300 a month to $2,500 a month.
This project, which Cypress Real Estate Advisors is building in East Austin, will have 256 apartments. Rents have not yet been finalized.
Cypress is developing this project at the former Concordia University site north of downtown. It will have 298 apartments, with rents ranging from $1,300 a month to $2,600 a month.
4. Seven RIO.
This 24-story tower will bring 220 luxury units to West Seventh and Rio Grande, just behind the former Katz’s deli.
Greystar Real Estate Partners is building this project at 3715 South First Street. It’s due to open Aug. 16, bringing 335 units to market.
6. Burnet Marketplace.
Cypress Real Estate Advisors plans to start in November on this 344-unit project at 6701 Burnet Road.
