Police searching for suspects in Sept. robbery of East Austin 7-Eleven


Austin police are searching for two men suspected of robbing a 7-Eleven convenience store in East Austin in September.

Police said two men walked into the store in the 3800 block of Airport Boulevard around 5:55 a.m. on Sept. 4, displayed a weapon and demanded cash.

The first suspect is thought to be in his 20s with an average build, about 5-foot-10 to 5-foot-11.

The second man is also believed to be in his 20s, and between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10 with a tall, thin build.
