Austin at Sundance: Congrats to Octopus Project

Austin band the Octopus Project picked up the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury award for Musical Score for their music to the Zellner brothers’ “Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter.”

Here is the full list of awards. (While Richard Linklater’s “Boyhood” received all kinds of press, hype and accolades, it was not in competition.)
